Requirements of Grenada Citizenship by Investment

Tn August 2013, Grenada passed Act No. 15, enabling investors and their families to obtain citizenship through government-approved fixed asset investments.

To qualify for citizenship applicants must fulfil one of the investment options below in addition to meeting the following criteria:

Minimum 18 years old

No criminal record

Healthy, no serious illness or infectious diseases

Process of Application

Applicants prepare and complete application forms;

Authorized Agents deliver the applications to local agents. The local agents review the applications and make payments before submitting the file to CBI Unit;

Government processing of the applications and due diligence checks;

Applicants receives principle approval from CBI Unit;

Investment is deposited by the main applicant - purchase of real estates, or donation to the NTF; 6. Citizenship certificate issued;

Passport application and issuance

Two options: Real Estate Investment or NTF contribution.
