Antigua & Barbuda offers a special Tax Residency Program for those who want to do business and/or stay in the country.
Permanent Residency can be applied for annually, with the following conditions:
Must lease or rent a residence in Antigua
The main applicant is only required to spend 30 days on island yearly
Payment of a flat tax of US$20,000 per annum
Benefits include the following:
No income tax on worldwide income or assets
No capital gains tax on worldwide income or assets
No inheritance tax on worldwide income or assets
Eligibility for citizenship if you live in Antigua & Barbuda full time for a minimum of 7 years

ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA NOMAD DIGITAL RESIDENCE PROGRAM
Nomad Digital Residence” (NDR) is Antigua and Barbuda's long-stay visa programme. This offer is especially suited for persons whose work can be done remotely and are desirous of doing so from a safe Caribbean island with reliable and fast telecommunications to the world.
Eligible applicants will be granted a special-resident authorisation that will be valid for up to two (2) years from the first instance.
Main Requirements
Medical insurance coverage for the period of the intended stay in Antigua
Police clearance for each applicant over the age of 16
A declaration by the main applicant, certifying their expected income of no less than US$50,000 for each year of the 2 years in Antigua
Evidence of employment, including self-employment
